Dennis Mathew serves as the President of FOAC. His true passion is to see children and youth being empowered to become all that they can be especially through academics. He strives to accomplish the overall well being of children and youth. He desires to bring community and family oriented establishments embedded in the community together to work for the bright future of the children and the youth in the community. He has served in various capacities in different childrens' and youth ministries. He is currently also employed as a full time speech language pathologist at a middle school and elementary school.


Dave serves the founder & president of Network Ministries, INC. He connects people and organizations together to build up families & communities. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Specialized Ministries and a Master's degree in Theology. For the past 26 years his passion has been to help young people discover their full potential. He also serves as Vice President for FOAC.




Lesley Joseph, born and raised in Oklahoma, is a hospital pharmacist who has a heart for kids. While earning her Doctor of Pharmacy in Des Moines, Iowa, she volunteered at United Methodist Church’s after school program called “Super Wednesday” for 2 years. She has been involved in various youth activities/programs, including Health Careers Day, Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship and Oklahoma Pentecostal Youth Fellowship’s Children’s Church. Lesley believes that, if given the opportunity, a person can impact their generation and generations to come. She serves as the FOAC secretary.


Sam V. serves as the treasurer for FOAC and instructor for MASSC. He has 3 beautiful children with his wonderful wife Elsa. He currently runs his own business in the financial investment field. His other areas of volunteer involvement include orphanages, financial counseling, mentoring and Christian counseling. He desires to guide people to discover their full potential in body, soul and mind and become what God has created them to be.



Pheba is a native Texan who loves kids. She currently works as a nurse taking care of infants and children. Pheba's desire to impact the lives of children for Christ has led her to be involved with FOAC. Her experience with children includes working in a children’s hospital for approximately 6 years and being involved in children’s ministry as a teacher at: Lakewood church of Houston for 1 1/2 yrs, Grace Community Church of Houston for 1 year and Indian Pentecostal Church of Houston for 9 years as teacher and music director. She also serves as a trustee for FOAC.


Debbie is a mom of three very active boys. She is a Children's Administrator at New Hope Church. She earned a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Religious Education. Debbie wants children to know that there are safe places to go, that every child is special in their own way, and that they have the potential to change the world for the better.




Gregory "Heady" Coleman is happily married to Bernadette Coleman. They have 3 amazing children. Gregory is better known as "Heady". He has a passion for being involved in the community. He is currently the Programs and Outreach Coordinator for Shiloh Camp. He is a Family Life Educator for Family Expectation. He founded the very popular community event We Tell Stories Poetry Night. He is excited about continuing to grow as an advocate for community building. He loves to wear colored socks and encourage people to Go Win!



Marcia Newhardt assists with administrative needs of the MASSC program. She has been married for 17 years. She has one son who is in the martial arts program. Marcia has a bachelor's degree in Business Administration. She has been a children's Sunday School teacher for 10 years. She is currently employed by Yukon Public Schools as a Teaching Assistant.




Nelson Solomon is an Oklahoman at heart. Born and raised in Oklahoma City, he recognized his ministry calling early and has been active in ministry since a young age. He has been and remains an active leader in his home church, International Pentecostal Assembly in Yukon, for most of his life. He has been affiliated with the following ministries throughout the last several years: Inter Collegiate Prayer Fellowship, Christian Graduate Prayer Fellowship, OverflowEvent, Double Portion Ministries, Oklahoma Pentecostal Youth Fellowship, and Aftershock.tv (UCO Lifegroup). He is currently employed by the Oklahoma Press Association. His desire to see the next generation arise with proper godly values motivates him to be involved with FOAC.
